System of the Russian production helpdesk (SaaS). A system helps to control a company performance. Thus statistics on execution of works and the rating of users is kept. About all changes in the system of users notify through e-mail. There is export to excel documents.

The HELPDESK system (Desk Service) is an automated system of control of accomplishment of requests and transfer of messages. Has powerful functionality and the simple interface for users.

Basic functions of the Help Desk system:

  • Sending requests with introduction of priorities and time of execution for employees of a system
  • system operation via the web browser or the local client
  • transmission of messages and files
  • sending notifications and changes in a system through email mailing
  • adoption of requests through mail
  • export and import of these office applications
  • access rights restriction for each employee
  • sending general requests to firms, departments and users
  • statistics of work of employees

This system differs from other similar thanks to work via the web interface from any browser in any point of the earth where there is an Internet, and also special system architecture using which data processing happens on the client's computer, but not on the server. It promotes fast data processing even at a large number of at the same time working users and high performance of a system.
