Sibelektroterm automates document flow based on Euphrates

In "The Siberian plant of the electrothermal equipment" (Sibelektroterm, Novosibirsk) — the Russian enterprise for production of the electrothermal equipment — system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates (development of Cognitive Technologies) began. For project implementation at the developer were purchased the license for 50 at the same time working user and the module "Registrar". Installation and tincture of a system are executed by specialists of the plant, says Cognitive Technologies.

For increase in transparency of document flow and speed of approval of documents at the Sibelektroterm plant implementation of EDMS was initiated. After assessment of the automation systems of document flow provided in the Russian IT market, specialists of the plant selected EDMS "Euphrates". The scalability and functionality of a system allowing it to solve successfully problems of automation of large enterprise became the pacing factors which caused this solution, noted in Cognitive Technologies.

After input of EDMS "Euphrates" in commercial operation at the Sibelektroterm plant it is going to create uniform archive of electronic documents, to automate approval of internal documents and also to organize accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence.
