2025: Return Without Worries Launch

On October 7, 2025, the Detsky Mir Group of Companies announced the launch of the Return Without Worries loyalty program in the Zoosaurus federal network of pet stores. The program is designed to provide maximum comfort and confidence to customers when choosing feeds and treats for their pets of the company's own brands. The program guarantees a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, if the food did not suit the animal.

From October 1, 2025, for buyers of the Zoosaurus network, the option of a full refund for dry foods and treats of proper quality became available, if the food did not suit the animal for health reasons or individual features, allergic reactions or intolerance of components occurred, or the pet simply refused to consume the food without visible objective reasons.

The program includes dry food for cats and dogs (with a packaging volume of no more than 5 kg) of its own brands: Carnica, Roybis, Harty, Pet-a-Pet, as well as Light Bites treats. The program "Return without worries" is valid in all retail stores of the Zoosaurus chain in Russia.

In addition to returning feed, the Return Without Worries program allows you to exchange ammunition, clothing, shoes and other textile and plastic products within 30 days if they do not fit the pet in size.
