2025: Building a Company

The investment management company N3.Group announced the creation of an IT group N3.Tech based on part of its assets. The new structure includes companies specializing in the development of complex digital solutions for corporate clients and the state. The group will become a center of technological growth and a driver of import-independent solutions for key sectors of the economy. This was reported by the press service of the N3.Group on October 8, 2025.

Holding N3.Group specializes in investments in the technological sector of the economy. The investment strategy provides for cluster investments in IT development areas. Information security, digital medicine and health care are all in the realm of interest. The portfolio includes assets in various segments of the technology industry.

The new group will serve transport, power, agricultural sector, sports and culture. Education, construction and other industries will have access to the combined company's technology. The competencies of the group members cover a full range of tasks in the field of information technology. Consulting and engineering constitute the initial phase of customer engagement. The development of complex solutions and high-load platforms is carried out by engineering teams. Proprietary products include a project management platform for the business. Analytical systems and communication services complement the range of offerings.

The N3.Tech includes three companies with various specializations:

• Netrika is a developer of industry and regional state information systems, including in the field of transport, construction and education;
• ITentika (formerly DataArt) is an engineering team with international experience in the design and development of highly loaded digital solutions;
• Digital studio "Funk.," specializing in design and UX/UI solutions in the field of culture and sports, on the basis of which the N3.Tech design studio will be created.
