1C: Accounting 8 on service of accounting of biologists of St. Petersburg

For automation of the accounting activity "Biologists for Conservation" public organization selected the program 1C: Accounting 8 — the standard solution developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8. Works on implementation of the program were carried out by specialists of 1C:VDGB company.

Implementation of 1C of the Enterprise accounting configuration provided the solution of all tasks facing accounting of charitable organization. The solution is easily integrated with other subsystems. Information on separate types of activity, trade and production operations, the staff of adjacent divisions who is not accountants can enter now. Behind accounting service there is only a methodical management and control of the settings of information base providing automatic reflection of documents in accounting and tax accounting.

The 1C: Accounting 8 program allows to implement any scheme of accounting. It can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components of a 1C system: Enterprise. With the implementation help 1C: Accounting 8 in the "Biologists for Conservation" organization the following sections of accounting and tax accounting were automated:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• settlings with advance holders;
• settlings with the organizations;
• personnel records;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• lot-based accounting;
• trade and currency transactions;
• material accounting, goods, products;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting;
• tax accounting.

The 1C: Enterprise Accounting configuration is implemented without significant changes. Are held demonstrations by specialists of 1C:VDGB company, installation and elementary education to work with the program. Charitable public organization "Biologists for Conservation" is on information and technology support of 1C now.
