Project Objectives:
- acceleration of warehouse processes,

- simultaneous assembly of several orders,
- Increase order processing speed (number of lines per shift)
Project milestones:
- Start-up of basic warehouse processes and processes using elevator racks.
- Start warehouse processes using Pick to Light processes, robot and conveyor.
Implementation results:
- All processes are automated from acceptance and placement to shipment in a complex with full integration with robotic and elevator racks, conveyor.
- Pick to Light system implemented.
