2025: Rapid Launch on Basic Processes

DoilidFarb"," one of the leading manufacturers paints and varnishes in, Belarus has implemented a management system warehouse EME.WMS to optimize key logistic operations. The new solution made it possible to increase the speed and accuracy of warehouse processes, reducing the impact of the human factor.

Only two weeks were needed for the EME and DoilidFarb teams to implement the project.

The company's warehouse with an area of ​ ​ 1,200 sq.m. is located in Minsk. There are 12 employees in the warehouse, the operating mode is 2 shifts, the number of SKUs is 2000 units. Accounting in the warehouse was not automated, so the company encountered errors in operation that slowed down warehouse operations. It was necessary to organize transparent process management, to exclude dependence on the human factor.

The launch of EME.WMS took two weeks, during which the system was tested and reconfigured. The staff was remotely trained and ready to be deployed by the EME project team. EME provided support to the customer team after system startup.

The implementation of EME.WMS took place simultaneously with the inventory in the warehouse. The process was successful. Now the warehouse is working in full mode. The management and employees of the warehouse are satisfied with the results of the project.
