Biography

The higher technical education, specialty - the radio engineer. TIASUR finished in 1969. Member of AVT.

Since 1969 on the 1991st - the head of the laboratory of the TORUS TIASURA department. Since 1991 - the CEO of NPF Mikran LLC, and since April the 2000th also and the research supervisor of scientific research institute of the systems of telecommunication at TSUCSR.

Died in March, 2012. Participants of the All-Russian meeting of the working group on implementation of a pilot project "The Information and Managerial Networks (IMN) in the territory of the Tomsk region" observed a minute of silence in memory of the colleague Victor Günter. According to Konstantin Belyakov, the CEO of Mikran was going to be present at this meeting.
