[Prodex (Prodex)|Prodex]] implemented a Skorozvon AI trainer to speed up the training of new call center operators and increase the conversion of calls to sales. The solution made it possible to bring newcomers to the targets several times faster and eliminate the risk of losing leads during training. Skorozvon announced this on October 14, 2025].

Prodex, a manufacturer of SELFDOCS-branded medical devices and BIONORMULA bioactive complexes, operates its own call center for 100 operators. The active growth of advertising campaigns led to a sharp increase in incoming traffic and required the team to scale. At the same time, the company employs about 15 new employees every month who need to quickly reach the targets.
