The Group of Companies B1 October 16, 2025 announced the creation of the B1 GROWTH IT platform, designed to comprehensively digitalize the enterprise's production systems. The product provides support for standard processes and contains tools to automate and simplify regular operations, including equipment maintenance, configuration, defect detection and plan-fact KPI analysis, which helps companies achieve operational superiority and sustainable efficiency growth.

B1 GROWTH is focused on the needs of enterprises that face instability in production processes, disparate data, slow decision-making, and a lack of a systematic approach to improving and replicating successful practices.

Built on its own methodology B1 the platform supports lean manufacturing philosophy, continuous improvement processes, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, and standardized work, compatible with the IWS methodology and many production systems.

ROST B1 contains tools to support the processes of autonomous and professional maintenance of equipment, management of safety and environmental risks, quality risks, change management and will allow you to set the company's production structure, organize automated data collection, calculation, monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators tied to the company's structure and organize the work of the person in accordance with processes and standards.
