2025: Kandinsky Video Lite launch
Cloud.ru implemented the launch of an open model to generate Kandinsky Video Lite video in the public cloud. The model is available for free as part of a public preview of the Evolution Notebooks service. This was announced by Cloud.ru on October 16, 2025.
Installation, configuration and launch take place in the Evolution Notebooks service through the ComfyUI interface, which implements the entire process - from a text request to the final video - visually, without programming. Two templates are available in the interface: Kandinsky T2V Lite SFT 5s with maximum quality and Kandinsky T2V Lite Distill 5s, which runs six times faster without noticeable loss of quality.
