Leader Group Group has introduced the cloud service Project Lad to centrally monitor the progress of construction projects. The solution was adapted for the business process: transition to full control through an external general contractor and technical supervision. The main goal was to ensure transparency and control over the implementation of construction projects without the need to maintain their own project team on site. Lad announced this on October 17, 2025.

Under the terms of the project, the solution was intended for strategic monitoring by owners and top management. The level of detail of the schedule is deliberately enlarged. The solution provides the CEO and shareholders with a single digital control panel (dashboard) for all facilities.

Already at the pilot stage, the implementation demonstrated high efficiency: the customer's management received prompt access to key indicators of the facilities, which increased transparency and helped maintain business relations with partners by objectively fixing the causes of deviations.

According to the customer's representatives, the key value of the implemented project was the classification of the causes of deviations, which allows you to accurately allocate responsibility. The system allows you to record the causes of delays objectively, which helps to avoid conflicts with proven general contractors without loading them with additional work.
