IT Scan executed logistic design of a warehouse for Yusta company

Specialists of IT Scan company execute all range of works on logistic design of a warehouse of Yusta company. The Yusta company of 14 years successfully works at the confectionery market of Russia. The price of the company contains more than 4500 names of confectionery which 90% make distribution contracts.

Main objective of the project was development of the concept for different options of processing of cargo flows in own (leased) warehouse with the choice of types and structure of the equipment of a warehouse. The project was executed taking into account a design of the part of a warehouse under construction selected for this project.

The implemented project should provide functioning of the warehouse and the distributive center of the company allowing to accept all coming product flow from suppliers, to organize a complete set of orders, to provide daily feed of lines of a complete set in a warehouse of the company.

The first stage of works were preparation and verification of initial data for design of a warehouse complex. After carrying out data analysis the structure of trade inventories and the required number of places in zones of the main storage, selection and complete set taking into account the approved forecast of business development was defined, the model of the movement of goods on process areas of a warehouse is developed.

After the approval of the received results the curator of the project of Yusta company developed and offered versions of concepts of a warehouse complex and also options of technology of processing of cargo flows. After the choice of the most optimal variant of technology its detailed development and preparation of the aggregated budget of equipment of a warehouse complex is executed.
