2024: Revenue growth by 24% to RUB 3.1 billion

As TAdviser found out at the end of October 2025, the largest elevator plant in St. Petersburg, MLM Nevsky Elevator, received revenue of 3.1 billion rubles in 2024. This is 26.6% more than in the previous year, when the figure was 2.45 billion rubles.

The cost of sales increased by 21.7% - from 2.06 billion rubles to 2.5 billion rubles. Commercial expenses amounted to 52.8 million rubles, which is about one and a half times more than in 2023 (34.39 million rubles). Management expenses rose by 27.4% - from 71.53 million rubles to 91.15 million rubles. Other income on an annualized basis decreased by 71.8%, being at the level of 1.96 million rubles against 6.93 million rubles in 2023-s. At the same time, other expenses jumped by 85.8% - from 47.49 million rubles to 88.26 million rubles.

Sales of products, goods, works and services brought 2.97 billion rubles: this is 37% more compared to 2023, when such receipts amounted to 2.17 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by 40.8% - from 1.78 billion rubles to 2.5 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of employees decreased by 2.4% - from 136.54 million rubles to 133.26 million rubles.

Gross profit rose from 395.13 million rubles in 2023 to 600.45 million rubles in 2024, that is, about one and a half times. Profit from sales jumped by 57.8% - from 289.21 million rubles to 456.51 million rubles. The company received 327.15 million rubles of net profit - plus 56.4% compared to the previous year (209.22 million rubles).

As of December 31, 2024, receivables are indicated in the amount of 1.52 billion rubles - 110.3% more than a year earlier (721.35 million rubles). Accounts payable decreased by 7.3% - from 1.24 billion rubles to 1.15 billion rubles.[1]
