The staff of the Irkutsk representative office of ISS successfully completed implementation of the project solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" by the individual order of Coal Mine LLC (subsidiary company JSC Third Generation Company of the Wholesale Electricity Market). Within this project technical audit of an object, preparation of terms of reference, implementation on a software platform of a video surveillance system of SecurOS of the functionality required to the Customer, input of the solution in operation was booked. All cycle of works was performed by specialists of ISS — Irkutsk company in record-breaking short term - less than in four months.
Today this software solution is implemented and is actively used on Okino — Keys coal mine and a warehouse of the Horonkhoy station. All works took place in close contact with the Customer, according to the whole list of the requirements to automation of technology processes determined by it.
Basis of the solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" became SecurOS video surveillance system with modules of recognition of the car numbers ("Avto-Inspektor") and automation of work autoweight ("Avtovesovaya").
Specialists of Coal Mine LLC formulated the main objectives which were required to be solved at implementation "PCoal - SecurOS based":
- Automatic access control on the territory of objects (data for accounting and registration of vehicles are performed by means of the module "Avto-Inspektor" and Race car ACS);
- The automated accounting of the coal transported from a section on a warehouse;
- Report generation;
- Synchronization of data between coal mine and a warehouse;
- Workflow automation;
- Export of data to the 1C-Accounting system;
- Manual control by a barrier and traffic lights.
- All of them are at the moment successfully solved. The solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" is found in commercial operation.
Let's consider what represents process of accounting of the extracted coal and a design of its shipment now.
On coal mine coal production is performed directly. Here the warehouse from where coal goes to a warehouse on the station Harankhoy functions or leaves to third parties. At this stage for the loaded cars going to the station Harankhoy there is an initial registration of the extracted mineral: "the conditional tonnage" (an indicator of mass of the transported load) of each car is measured by eye, for each driver the commodity-transport delivery note (CTDN) with indication of the conditional tonnage is filled out.
The working schedule by turns acts on the enterprise. Before change in a warehouse of coal mine the list of the drivers and cars working in this time frame is created. And only cars and drivers who are specified in the list are allowed to transportation of a load.
Depending on a load delivery point (the Harankhoy station or a third party) three or four typical technological work orders form respectively.
Document numbers, issued for sending to stations Harankhoy have a prefix of "X". After departure of the loaded car data on the driver, number of the car, departure time, the conditional tonnage and also the corresponding video frame are transferred to a station Harankhoy warehouse. Besides drivers have the power of attorney for a certain period of time, its number is automatically entered in the typical technological work order. At expiration of the power of attorney, the program warns the operator.
If coal is released to third parties, number TTN has the prefix "R". The driver at departure from a section receives 3 copies of the typical technological work order and the special map for third parties. Data are entered by the operator manually.
In a coal warehouse of the Harankhoy station automobile scales for determination of mass of the transported load and a software module of Avto-Inspektor for automatic registration of number of the car are set. The implementing solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" provides exchange of all registration and reporting data between warehouses of a section and the station here.
At entrance on a warehouse of the station the car and the driver is identified. If the car or the driver does not appear in the lists created on this change, warning of their prevention on a warehouse is issued to the operator. At the admission of the loaded car on the station, thanks to organized data exchange with a warehouse on a section the program automatically issues data on the conditional tonnage and time of departure. After unloading weighing of the car is again performed and the typical technological work order with the actual weight is filled out. According to one copy of the typical technological work order remains in a warehouse of the station and returns to a warehouse on a section, 2 copies are transferred to cargo carrier. Numbering of the typical technological work order is made with a prefix of "X".
During the work with third-party to the organizations also the special map is in addition filled out.
In a provided way technology process of loading of coal on a section and its unloadings at the station is organized now. In its framework the developed and implemented solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" provides accomplishment of all necessary transactions, namely:
- Formation of the list of cars and drivers for work in this change. Warning generation to the operator in the absence of the car or the driver in this list.
- Determination of the car by number and the driver on an electronic tag
- Synchronization of databases between jobs in warehouses
- Opportunity for work without data exchange between bases, with further synchronization at recovery of a communication channel
- Report generation of the set form
- Creation of archive copies of databases with a possibility of recovery of information
- Formation of photos at the procedure of weighing of cars and creations of a photoarchive
- Determination of the time spent of the car in way
- Thanks to the executed transactions the staff of different services of Coal Mine LLC exercising control of technology processes and personnel, security, quickly, in a format of reports, uniform for all organization, in the automatic mode obtains data, necessary for work.

The listed parameters are used for automatic formation by means of the PCoal software product of the copy of the typical technological work order.
During creation and the implementing solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" in work of Coal Mine LLC as specialists of representation "ISS - Irkutsk" were accepted in attention all wishes of the customer and feature of production processes.
So, for example, if the loaded car does not arrive during the specified transit time (is established in the program), warning of a car delay is issued to the operator.
In accordance with the terms operation data exchange between jobs in warehouses does not exceed time which the car is en route from a warehouse on a section to a warehouse at the Harankhoy station (approximately 1.5 hours). Data are updated less than 1 time per hour.
Also at the solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" there is a possibility of introduction of "manual" records that often happens it is necessary after some technical issues (breakdown of the server, a channel loss with the server, etc.). At the same time for the entered records the operator who entered data, date and time of change is specified. Also on these records the report forms.
By the results of operation of the solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" received today on an object became obvious that the staff of ISS — Irkutsk company did a great job on creation of this product which allowed to increase significantly convenience, quality, efficiency of work of different divisions of Coal Mine LLC. The implementing solution "PCoal-SecurOS based" became not only method of process automation of loading unloading of coal, and a measure of increase in security, first of all, economic, the instrument of effective management and control.
