WillMore implements Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Aysberri

The consulting company WillMore implements Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Ayberri holding. Today within the first stage of the project all functionality covering finance, distribution and production was automated.

By Microsoft Dynamics NAV it was selected owing to the historical factors which are that one of plants based on which the company was created worked in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. A system proved as the reliable tool for business allowing to cover all business processes of the company, including also production of food. Moreover, flexibility of Microsoft Dynamics NAV at adaptation to features of the company and a possibility of continuous development in a measure of growth of business give a guarantee of controllability of the company in any situations.

Main objective of the project is consolidation of information of all legal entities for ensuring transparency of business and receiving a uniform picture for the purpose of identification of the profitable and unprofitable directions. Transition to the new version also meant performance improvement of the database.

In addition to automation of the main business processes specialized solutions of WillMore were implemented: Treasury and Control of transport.

The treasury automates all business processes connected with formation of requests for payments, their statement and the subsequent payment that allows to manage and control all financial flows effectively. Process of approval of requests for payment in Ayberri company is rather difficult in a type of the fact that there are several legal entities submitting to the uniform center. Thus, from different law companies requests come to the uniform center of financial controlling. After approval of the request the result goes back.

The solution "Control of Transport" allows to organize work of transport for distributive deliveries. On this Microsoft Dynamics NAV project it is integrated with the ANTOR specialized system which distributes orders on territorial sign and creates delivery routes. Thanks to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system accompanying documents (the route sheet, the sheet of loading, etc.) form automatically and printed. The possibility of tracking of orders which are paid with cash is provided in a system. The possibility of control and automatic formation of documents for accounting is implemented by accounting.

Specialists of WillMore started the final stage of the project which will allow to be prepared for the beginning of a high season of the company. For ensuring implementation of lot-based accounting the system of barcoding allowing to monitor the movement of products from production to the end consumer and to fix a problem of delay of expiration dates of goods will be implemented.
