Renaissance Insurance increases quality of data in the CRM system by means of the additional mechanism of cleaning

The HFLabs company completed integration of Siebel CRM and a system for cleaning and quality improvement of data Factor in the Renaissance Insurance group. Works were performed within the large-scale CRM project which purpose is creation of customer-oriented model of business.

According to the marketing director Renaissance Insurance Olga Oslon, work with huge customer bases quite often complicates implementation of individual approach and orientation to the interests of clients. Reorientation of business from promotion of a universal product on the personalized approach in work with the client and the principle of segmentation during the developing and start of new products will become a project deliverable, according to her.

The Factor system developed HFLabs according to the Universal Connector API standard described in Siebel Data Quality Admin Guide is intended for quality improvement and predictability of processing of a contact information in industrial volumes, elimination of duplicates, reduction of all data on clients to a uniform format. Its integration into the CRM solution will become a basis for obtaining authentic statistics about clients, will provide a possibility of use of such tools of the marketing analysis as geographical segmentation, identification of families and households, planning of interaction taking into account time zones and some other the approaches unavailable, according to solution designers, to most of modern players of the Russian market of financial services today.
