The Renaissance Insurance Group selected BSC the outsourcing partner of developments for the BOSS-personnel officer

The Renaissance Insurance Group and BSC company signed the service provision agreement on outsourcing of developments of additional functionality of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system. In the next plans – ensuring compatibility of the existing completions the BOSS-personnel officer with new serial versions of a HRM system.

The Renaissance Insurance Group uses the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system for conducting personnel records and payroll since 2009. In process of growth of the company there are new specific requirements to a system which implementation was still executed by forces of internal IT Department. For more effective use of systems capabilities the BOSS-personnel officer and her development, Renaissance Insurance Group made the decision on transfer on outsourcing of tasks of development of additional functionality of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system.

"The main requirements which we imposed to the outsourcing partner, - the head of IT Department of Renaissance Insurance Group Reshetnikov Roman says, – experience of project implementation of implementation the BOSS-personnel officer in insurance business and reputation in the market in general was. Based on the carried-out analysis the BOSS-personnel officer was selected by the outsourcing partner of system development BSC company".

The priority set by Renaissance Insurance Group for BSC company - ensuring compatibility of the additional functionality (completions) existing in Renaissance Insurance Group the BOSS-personnel officer with new serial versions of a system.
