2011: Outsourcing Services Contract with BSC

Renaissance Group Insurance and BSC have entered into a contract to outsource the development of additional functionality of the BOSS-Personnel HRM system. In the near future, it is planned to ensure compatibility of existing improvements BOSS-Personnel with new serial versions of the HRM system.

Renaissance Insurance Group has been using the BOSS-Human Resources HRM system to maintain payroll and payroll since 2009. As the company grows, there are new specific requirements for the system, the implementation of which has so far been carried out by the internal IT Department. To make better use of the capabilities of the BOSS-HR system and its development, Renaissance Insurance Group decided to outsource the tasks of developing additional functionality of the BOSS-HR HRM system.

The primary objective of Renaissance Group Insurance for BSC is to ensure that the existing Renaissance Group Insurance for additional functionality (improvements) of BOSS-Human Resources is compatible with the new serial versions of the system.

A project to automate personnel processes for one of the largest participants in the insurance market in Russia, Renaissance Insurance Group.

BOSS was faced with the task of introducing a product for maintaining personnel accounting and payroll, taking into account specific requirements for the system.

The introduction of the BOSS HRM system for end-to-end automation of all personnel processes in addition to key functions ensured the compatibility of the company's additional functionality (modifications) with new serial versions of the system.
