2025: Implementation of the Documentino-based module

Developed by ID Management Technology LLC, the module based on the Documento platform has been implemented at Rosseti Siberia. This "ID Management Technology" was reported on October 31, 2025.

The UWEDO module has no restrictions on the number of users, stored documents, integration with external services, or the choice of a storage system.

The EDMS integrated into the EDMS provides control of the processes of formation, coordination and signing of electronic legally significant documents for exchange with external counterparties and systems. UWEDS is used for the following processes for working with primary documents:

• upload from the document exchange system with counterparties, approval, approval, storage and unloading of archives;
• seamless transition from UWEDO to the accounting system and back by reference to the document;
• maintenance of registers and reporting on the progress of approval and signing;
• control of the deadlines for the execution of the approval stages;
• Separate the powers of different user groups depending on the ownership of the responsibility centers.

The UWEDO module has been successfully implemented in PJSC Rosseti Siberia. The project started in April 2024. By February 2026, as part of the second stage of the project, it is planned to finalize the module: new types of documents will be added, the functionality of batch processing of primary documents and a universal interface that allows you to integrate with various external systems using a single defined specification with a description of the REST API.

The peculiarities of the project implementation in a large energy company are the territorial distribution of users and the use of import-replaced infrastructure, which required long-term training of personnel and adaptation of the functionality of signing documents using EP and MFD.
