2025: Product Launch

In October 2025, in the Russian capital, Electra launched a large-scale production of sixth-generation Wi-Fi routers (Wi-Fi 6) at its plant, becoming the first enterprise in Russia to master such mass production.

According to the press service of Rostelecom, the capacity allows monthly production of up to 150 thousand. units of production. The company has established a full production cycle, including the installation of electronic components, the configuration and installation of software, the configuration of wireless and fiber-optic (GPON) connections, testing, packaging and sending finished products to consumers.

"Rostelecom" launched the production of Wi-Fi 6 routers

The flagship model of the Electra F30AX Wi-Fi router is based on the AX3000 chipset. The device operates in two frequency bands - 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz - and provides a peak data transfer rate of up to 3 Gb/s. To optimize coverage in all rooms, the router has a mesh technology that allows you to create a unified network of several devices without the need to manually configure signal repeaters.

According to Rostelecom, thanks to increased immunity to interference and an increased coverage area, the new router shows a speed increase of up to 45% compared to older fifth-generation models and Wi-Fi 6 devices based on the AX1500 chipset. This is especially true in apartment buildings with a high concentration of wireless networks.

The new routers are equipped with Russian-made microcircuits and run completely domestic software. The implemented approach is aimed at improving the security of devices against cyber threats. General Director of Electra Natalya Shcheglova said that production is as automated and optimized as possible, and all products undergo careful quality control.[1]
