Specialists of 1C-Vectro company completed the project of automation of trade business processes of A-BUTS company based on the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product.
Tasks
The main tasks set by company management ‑ increase in sales volume and quality improvement of customer service. For achievement of these purposes the decision to automate accounting of a trading activity was made.
As a basis of an information system the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product allowing to automate all sales cycle and to organize effective management of customer relations is selected. 1C-Vectro company became the partner in implementation.
Solution
Specialists of 1C-Vectro performed installation and tuning of an information system, provided user training on work with the program. In total 10 jobs are automated.
A system allows to control a remaining balance of goods in a warehouse. Managers quickly obtain information on existence of goods, can warn in time the client when products are delivered. As a result goods turnover rate in a warehouse increased, the efficiency of the goods delivery to the buyer increased. Registration of contacts with clients, information storage about each buyer, creation of orders of suppliers and buyers, execution of transactions is automated. It allowed to reduce quantity of errors when processing orders and to increase customer service quality. As a result the customer loyalty raised, the number of buyers increased by 3%. Accomplishment of the sales plan is controlled and the efficiency of each employee is increased.
Results
The new information system allowed to increase customer service quality, as a result the number of regular customers of A-BUTS increased, sales volume grew by 10%.
