The World of the Tool trading company selected the solution of Nintex Workflow for document management of the company.

Manual approval of different corporate documentation long time was a considerable problem for the company. This problem led to increase in time of decision making, lack of control over employees and, as a result, to additional administrative expenses. For the solution of a part of these tasks, the company uses the internal corporate portal created on the Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server platform.

Growth of information volumes in the companies, new requirements to version control of documentation, search, was led to the fact that to develop the portal standard means it became unpromising. And to implement branched, multilevel processes of approval standard means did not represent possible at all.

Solution

To manage document flow, World of the Tool companies, the solution capable to create reliable electronic base of documents was necessary and to provide with a possibility of quick access to them. And also would simplify multilevel approval of documents, including work with document revisions.
