Specialists of Antegra consulting company successfully transferred sections of personnel records, payroll, fixed asset accounting and materials to JSB Intrast Bank on the system of 1C and adapted them for the bank chart of accounts.
The decision on transfer of sections of personnel records, payroll, fixed asset accounting and materials on the system of 1C was accepted in October, 2010. Till this time these areas were supported based on the Diasoft Master system.
The main specifics of transition was the fact that among so diverse family of the programs "1C: Enterprise" there is no universal software product for banks, capable to maintain a large number of banking activities. Therefore implementation of software products of 1C Company, but also their adaptation under the bank chart of accounts became the major tasks for specialists on this project not just.
For the solution of assigned tasks the Antegra consulting company having considerable experience in area of cooperation with the large organizations of the financial sector was selected.
For the purpose of optimization of material and temporary costs, and also increases in efficiency of solving of tasks by specialists of Antegra consulting company it was offered to perform this transition based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8" systems edition 2.0.
As a result specialists of Antegra consulting company developed the mechanism allowing to create postings on payroll, its payment, the accrued taxes and contributions according to the plan of bank accounts; automated accounting on sections: fixed assets, inventory items, settlement with suppliers, services of third parties; developed the bank chart of accounts in the 1C: Accounting 8 system; performed data transfer from the replaced specialized banking systems and performed integration and posting transfer from the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system in "1C: Accounting 8".
At the beginning of January, 2011 systems were successfully brought into operation.
Within the project 12 jobs are automated.
All rendered services are certified on compliance to the international standard ISO 9001:2008.
