BARS.web Codes will help to count the level of development of information society in the subjects of the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation on behalf of VNIIPVTI (The All-Russian Research Institute of problems of ADP equipment and informatization) started system implementation of condition monitoring and information technology development in Russia founded on web technologies of BARS GROUP company – BARS.web Codes.

For a number of years on the instructions of federal bodies of the state executive power of VNIIPVTI carries out condition monitoring of regional informatization. Results of an annual fee of data on regions serve as a reference point at creation of work in this direction at the federal level.

The implemented solution is designed to optimize collecting of the reporting. It is based on web technologies and allows to carry out the overview and to process data remotely, via the Internet. These data help to fix a number of problems which developers and users of information systems of the regional level face.

As showed experience, important aspect of monitoring is comparison of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation among themselves on this or that indicator of informatization.

It will allow the ministry to define efficiency of implementation of regional informatization and development of information society, to estimate results and trends of formation of the regional electronic governments.
