In addition to full-fledged feature set which this IP PBX has a system allows to perform in the automatic mode exchange of facsimile messages between employees GTSBIT and partners. All entering facsimile messages undergo sorting and, depending on number of the sender, move to a certain directory with the email notification of the responsible manager.

Allows to make and send the decision including at the same time, facsimile messages and to run for their quick search, thanks to the convenient system of sorting and storage. At the same time the number of processing of such documents is limited only to technical characteristics of network equipment. Special settings help to send faxes in the convenient mode — on the preset schedule and also during telephone conversation with the receiver or directly from the editor (Microsoft Word or Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.). Implementing the concept of unified communications, the received documents can be directly redirected on e-mail of the user.

According to the customer, works on installation of the automatic server of acceptance, departure and registration of facsimile messages, including customization under specific customer requirements, to delivery and implementation of the equipment were executed by specialists of Mototelecom company at high qualitative level.
