VEON Group CEO Kaan Terzioglu noted that the acquisition of OLX KZ represents a significant opportunity to further expand the digital operator's offering. According to him, he is glad to welcome the OLX KZ team, which has created a profitable and market-leading business in Kazakhstan.

Kaan Terzioglu stressed that he expects new opportunities that this area will open up to implement the strategy of the group's digital operator. Integration of the announcement platform into the telecommunications services ecosystem will create a synergistic effect.

CEO of Beeline Kazakhstan Evgeny Nastradin explained that OLX KZ will offer customers a wider and integrated set of digital services. The acquisition will help attract more users thanks to one of the most popular platforms on the market.

OLX Group CEO Christian Gisi noted that the deal is in line with the company's strategy to focus on key categories and priority markets. In his opinion, OLX KZ is being transferred to a new owner with a strong local presence and a developed digital ecosystem.

The OLX KZ platform shows impressive audience performance. As of June 30, 2025, the monthly audience of the service was 10 million active users. The platform hosted 3.6 million ads of various categories of goods and services.[1]
