The company "ClearRestaurants," managing the brands "Want Puri," "Hot Shop" and other institutions, introduces a digital platform for organizing maintenance of institutions. The pilot launch of the platform for centralizing the processes of working with applications, field service and maintenance in Novosibirsk has already shown the first results - the speed of processing applications has doubled. Okdesk (Cloud Solutions) announced this on November 18, 2025.
The company manages more than 60 restaurants throughout as of November 2025, and continuous improvement is to the country necessary for the sustainable development of institutions.
The platform is being tested in restaurants in Novosibirsk. IT and Maintenance are exploring the capabilities of Okdesk and adapting the system to the needs of internal departments and franchise points. Already at the initial stage, it was possible to configure the routing of calls to departments, reduce the response time and decision of applications, as well as increase the transparency of monitoring their status for managers. According to the company, the speed of processing applications at the pilot stage has approximately doubled, which confirms the effectiveness of the implementation and creates the prerequisites for using the platform in all establishments of the company's partners.
As the PR director of ClearRestaurants Lana Vasilyeva emphasized, the company tests and transfers best practices to its partners in order to form uniform standards of work in all restaurants of the franchise.
