Automation of Karlshamn Ekspres forwarding company

Summary: The 1C: Franchising. Light systems company, the partner of data center "1C-Rarus" in Kaliningrad, completed the project of automation of Karlshamn Express East forwarding company. The project is executed using the standard solution "1C-Rarus: Transport logistics and forwarding", developed by specialists 1C-Rarus based on "1C:Enterprise 8".

The Karlshamn Express East LLC company specializes in multimodal transportation of goods automobile, sea, by rail, and also a customs clearance of loads.

For automation of the activity, the company management selected software "1C-Rarus: Transport logistics and forwarding" since it met their following requirements to an information system:

• Registration of orders for transportation of goods, tracking of the further status of a load and its change history;
• Accounting of the nomenclature of the transported loads;
• Accounting of additional characteristics of loads;
• Accounting of operations on loads and orders to carrier;
• Registration of runs of carriers, placement of loads and containers in runs;
• Planning of movement of a load on route followings and operational information input about location of a load;
• Registration of transfer of loads to the consignee;
• Accounting of the provided services.

For project implementation the 1C: Franchising. Light systems company - the partner of data center "1C-Rarus" was selected.
