EME automated the warehouse of alcoholic beverages of the Myskhako winery

As reported, Myskhako is a full-cycle winery with its own raw material base of unique grape varieties. The production is based on quiet and sparkling wines produced with a professional approach and non-proliferation technological techniques. As of November 2025, the Myskhako winery is in the process of development and modernization. The company develops its production facilities, automates and improves technological processes.

Project prerequisites

The growth of volumes, assortment and production of the enterprise made the previous manual methods of work ineffective. Work through UTM (Universal Transport Module) created a large volume of paper document flow and slowed down the execution of operations. Logistics had to drive in each order manually, and warehouse employees had to work with paper lists, wasting considerable time looking for each item. These difficulties were exacerbated by a shortage of warehouse personnel and high requirements for accuracy in handling labeled products.

In this regard, it was decided to introduce a modern automation system, without which effective work of employees in the warehouse is difficult. It was necessary to implement a professional WMS that would automate all key warehouse processes, ensure accuracy and transparency of operations, and be intuitive to the employee.

Project implementation

Within the framework of the project, EME specialists performed a full range of work: set up and implemented fifth generation EME.WMS, ensured integration with the corporate 1C customer system, conducted comprehensive training of warehouse personnel and supplied the necessary Auto-ID equipment.

All key warehouse processes were automated, including work with labeled products, processes of arrival and placement, selection of goods, shipment, inventory, write-off.

Implementation results

The system has optimized the work of employees: orders come from ERP automatically, address storage is configured. The fifth-generation EME.WMS itself leads the Operations Steps Officer. Smart hints exclude incorrect passage of processes. The dependence on the knowledge and experience of employees is reduced significantly. Manual labor of employees is completely excluded, the influence of the "human factor" is minimized.

The project is especially important given Myskhako's plans to increase production and warehouse space. In the projected scale of warehouses without an automated system, the work of employees will be extremely difficult. We offered the customer a system that is easily scalable and ready for business growth. This will allow companies to expand without operational failures and additional process restructuring costs.
