"First Bit" implemented 25 subsystems in the holding "1C:ERP" for "Artplast"

2025: Implementation of an ecosystem based on "1C:ERP. Holding Management "

First Bit has completed a comprehensive digital transformation project for the Russian manufacturer of packaging and disposable dishes - Artplast Holding. This was announced by "First Bit" on November 19, 2025.

In the period from March 2021 to February 2025, specialists from the First Bit, the Sportivnaya office, introduced an ecosystem based on 1C:ERP Holding Management, which included 25 key subsystems that automated 488 jobs.

The project allowed Artplast, which combines production and distribution assets in six regions, to solve critical tasks and achieve a 20% reduction in production costs, a 30% reduction in operating costs, an acceleration in order processing by 60% and a twofold increase in inventory turnover.

We had an ambitious task - to create a holistic digital environment that will become a growth driver for the customer's business. The processes implemented by the specialists of our team. Complex pricing for six regions, the orchestration of the closing of the period and the management of a whole cluster tree of clients are especially highlighted, - said Vladimir Kuryatov, project manager at First Bit, Sportivnaya office.

The introduction of a nine-level cost model ensured the transparency and accuracy of data at all stages of multi-transfer production. The implemented model allows you to allocate costs to specific production lots, take into account the costs of purchasing and maintaining equipment, and control cost changes at all stages.

The created PDM-class module gave full control over the product lifecycle - from design and pricing to shipping and post-sales support. When a defect is detected, the system helps to determine who manufactured and delivered the product, when and from the raw materials used for its production. Integration with Warehouse (WMS) and Transportation Logistics (TMS ) systems has automated shipping processes that accompany about 500 deliveries of various goods every day.

The introduction of "1C:ERP UX" by specialists of the First Bit allowed us to reach a new level of transparency of production cost and radically speed up the receipt of management reporting. We not only automated the routine, but also laid the foundation for further development. The immediate plans are to replicate successful practices to all regions and introduce an EDI data exchange system for managing electronic orders, "commented Oksana Kravets, Director of the Digital Development Department of Artplast.

Within the framework of the project, "1C:ERP. Holding management "(for production, finance and cost management)," 1C: Document management "(for electronic approval of documents and automation of business processes), as well as " 1C: Transport logistics, forwarding and vehicle management KORP "for transport logistics management.

Earlier, for many years, production accounting at Artplast was conducted in 1C: Production Enterprise Management (1S:UPP) without a single methodology, and a SQL Server-based self-described system was used to account for distribution. The initial driver for implementation was the termination of 1S:UPP support.

The results of the project show that for large companies, replacing outdated software is not only a need, but also a great opportunity to make the work of the business more transparent, better and more efficient.
