"New Intelligence" bought a service for the provision of psychological support "Clear"

The online psychotherapy market has shown active growth during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. According to estimates by the consulting company Eqiva, in 2024 the commercial market for mental health services grew by 18.5% in monetary terms, reaching 20.5 billion rubles. At the same time, the number of customers increased by 8.9%, to 1.88 million people.

In 2025, there was a trend towards a decrease in interest in the services of psychologists. According to the Chek Index service, in January-October 2025, demand fell by 6% compared to the same period in 2024. At the same time, the average check for consultation increased by 6% and amounted to 4.1 thousand rubles. Eqiva CEO Daria Shubina explained that the online market segment has reached saturation.

These changes affected the financial results of "Clear." According to SPARK, the revenue of Live LLC in 2024 increased by 8.5% to 1.1 billion rubles, but net profit decreased by 35% and amounted to 142.1 million rubles. The company noted that in the first quarter of 2025, demand remained stable, but since April 2025, its growth rate began to slow down. Service representatives associate a decrease in user activity with the refusal of customers from optional expenses.[1]
