2025: Developing an AI solution to automate key HR processes
Sberbank, together with the IT company Evotor, has developed an intelligent AI solution for ВЭБ.РФ to automate key HR processes. The system based on the Sberbank neural network GigaChat for business reduces recruitment time and simplifies the adaptation of new employees. Now recruiters spend less energy on the routine, and beginners get into the work rhythm faster. Sberbank announced this on November 20, 2025.
The AI service analyzes the resume according to the given criteria: it extracts the key skills, experience and achievements of the candidate, classifies applicants according to the requirements of vacancies and assesses the compliance of competencies with the job profile, and then offers its conclusions to the recruiter.
And to support new employees, a smart chatbot has been created, integrated with the company's knowledge base. He answers questions, shares instructions, regulations and corporate policies, helping beginners navigate the company's processes and tools.
The chatbot is based on the RAG mechanism (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), which provides a search information in the company's knowledge base. Based on it, GigaChat forms accurate and coherent explanations and instructions, interprets these resumes and supports interactive communication.
