Ability to publish projects in the Hub together with the tariff model

In December 2025, the team of Gazprom ID Operator LLC (GUIDE) presented an update to the Hub - a marketplace for digital integrations, focused on transforming the product into a full-fledged B2B platform for distributing digital solutions, managing subscriptions, licenses and access within organizations. The update establishes a single architectural framework for end-to-end B2B scenarios - from product publication and the formation of a quotation to payment, activation and further management of use. The company announced this on January 22, 2026.

The updated Hub model is based on the Commerce Engine, a module for controlling the commercial logic of digital products. Suppliers got the opportunity to publish projects in the Hub along with the tariff model. Each project supports an unlimited number of tariffs, a modular structure and a detailed description of the included and excluded opportunities, which allows you to adapt the offer to different consumption models and types of customers.

To set up tariffs, the Hub has a built-in Tariff Builder - a step-by-step designer that allows you to form a tariff structure, select product modules and set delivery parameters and key advantages. On the buyer's side, this provides a transparent choice and the ability to subscribe for a period of one to twelve months with a fixed configuration and predictable terms of use.

Commercial logic is complemented by the basic financial loop Billing & Subscription Core, which is responsible for automating settlements and managing subscriptions. The platform allows you to form invoices for payment immediately after choosing a tariff, work with bank details in a single format and track the status of payments at the organization level. All purchased subscriptions are displayed in your personal account, while the user independently determines the moment of their activation, which ensures the correct use of the paid period without losing days.

The next step was to expand the value delivery model by introducing the License Delivery Framework. The hub has received support for licensed products, including administrative panels, managed access services, and user or administrator licensed solutions. Licenses are implemented as a separate project module and can be combined with other types of supply, including API services, which allows you to publish complex solutions in turnkey format.

Licenses have their own monetization model, which includes setting the cost of one license, forming a batch number of licenses within the tariff and centralized access management. This approach simplifies the commercialization of multi-user architecture products and provides transparent usage control.

Work with licenses and products is complemented by a full-fledged RBAC model (Role-Based Access Control) at the organization level. The roles of the owner of the organization, project administrator, license administrator and employee are implemented in the Hub.

The role model eliminates dependence on one account and allows you to scale the work of teams, dividing the areas of responsibility between participants.

To connect and manage users, the Identity & Invite System is implemented - an invitation system through inweight links. Administrators can generate invites, assign roles when users connect, and centrally manage access rights and revocations through their personal account. The system is integrated with the RBAC model and provides end-to-end and transparent control over users and licenses within the organization.

The current Hub update lays the technological foundation for scalable B2B distribution of digital products, automation of commercial and licensed models, as well as centralized and secure management of access and teams. The platform is evolving from an integration marketplace to a fully functional B2B system for managing digital products and their life cycle, "said Sergey Fedotov, technical director for product at Gazprom ID Operator LLC.

Presentation of the Digital Guide Integration Marketplace

On December 17, 2025, Gazprom ID Operator LLC introduced the Guide Digital Integration Marketplace, a platform that simplifies the integration of digital solutions and allows companies to quickly create their own products without complex code refinement.

Modern business is facing a long and expensive integration of digital services: each new tool requires approvals, manual customization and a variety of contracts. The hub addresses these challenges by offering a single digital space where vendors and subscribers can safely connect solutions in a matter of clicks.

What the Hub does:

  • Speeds up IT vendor API connectivity up to hours by creating endpoints, access keys, and routing requests for later integration into digital storefronts.
  • Without the need to think for yourself about the technical difficulties of payment management, issuance and revocation of licenses, control and analytics of receipts.
  • Allows you to combine solutions from different vendors in a single UI interface for subsequent integration into any information systems without long modifications, without deep interference with the code.

The platform gives business speed and flexibility: new functions and services connect instantly, without much development and coordination. It reduces costs by reducing manual work, errors and resources to support integrations, while providing transparency and control through a single subscription and license system. Thanks to this, companies can quickly create complex digital products from ready-made solutions from different suppliers and scale them to their needs.

With increasing competition in the digital space, companies require flexibility, speed and security when dealing with software products. The hub turns complex integration processes into a simple and convenient designer, allowing the business to focus on development, and not on technical routine, "said Sergey Fedotov, technical director of Gazprom ID Operator LLC.
