2025: Translation of the KSVO.Pravo chatbot into cloud infrastructure

Chat bot in Telegram "KSVO.Pravo" is one of the projects of the ANO "Committee of Families of Soldiers of the Fatherland" (KSVO), which provides various types of assistance to participants in the SVO.
In particular, the organization's lawyers work out appeals on topics such as obtaining a combat veteran's certificate, payments to participants in the SVO and their families, establishing the identity of the deceased and others. Since the answers to many of these questions are typical, with the help of a 24-hour chatbot, the user can find them on his own at any time.

The chatbot allows lawyers to devote more time to appeals that require special attention.
Previously, the KSVO.Pravo chat bot was a structured database of informational articles, worked on the basis of scripts and had a simple algorithmic search, which limited the possibilities of its use. In addition, it was housed in the infrastructures of two cloud providers, which made it difficult to configure, fill and maintain.
CorpSoft24 specialists combined all the resources of the chatbot on their own cloud platform, provider took over the work on its technical support and development. In addition, they suggested that the client connect their own intelligent assistant on top of the existing service. Thanks to it, users will be able not only to make a choice from the offered menu items, but also to communicate with a chat bot in a natural language and thus quickly and more accurately search for something of interest information in the knowledge base.
As of November 2025, the joint work of the intelligent assistant of the CorpSoft24 and the chat bot KSVO.Pravo is being tested. Based on its results and feedback from the customer, specialists will carry out the necessary improvements and give recommendations on adapting the service knowledge base for the most correct response to user requests.
