IP Grishina (BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated work of IP Grishina car service using systems "1C: Accounting 8. PROF" and "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8". In a project deliverable the company received an effective system for enterprise management.

The IP Grishina car service is engaged in repair of trucks of both domestic, and foreign production. The cargo service center provides services of mechanics and auto electricians.

The company aims at quality improvement and service rate of clients. Earlier in the company regulated accounting, control of the movement of spare parts and work planning were conducted manually, because of permanent increase in amount of works sometimes there were errors in calculations.

The program which will allow to keep account of spare parts and the performed works, to calculate salary taking into account specifics of business was required for the company.

For solving of tasks of the company were selected a product "1C: Accounting 8. PROF" and "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8" as they answer effective objectives and have optimal implementation cost. In a project deliverable 2 jobs are automated.

Project Results:

• Settlement with suppliers and clients is automated.
• There was an opportunity to receive analytical reports on sales, purchases, a warehouse, money.
• Overstocking of a warehouse is excluded.
• Operating control of performance of work at all stages is exercised.
• Effective management of the distributed information structure of the enterprise.
