2025: Raising ₽700 million investments from Ivan Tyagunov, co-founder of the WiseAdvice consulting group
At the end of November 2025, it became known that the former co-founder of the WiseAdvice consulting group Ivan Tyagunov invested ₽700 million in the VBeton investment platform. The service specializes in collective real estate investments through a crowdlanding mechanism.
According to the Business News Agency, the project is officially included in the register of operators of investment platforms of the Bank of Russia. This allows the platform to legally raise funds from private investors to finance real estate projects.
The attracted investments will be distributed in two directions. ₽300 million will be allocated for marketing and sales development. The remaining ₽400 million will go to balancing capital to issue new loans and replenish working capital. This distribution allows you to simultaneously increase the customer base and provide liquidity to finance transactions.
Since the end of 2024, the project has been operating in test mode. During this period, 49 transactions totaling ₽1,4 billion were financed under the leadership of Tyagunov. Financing was carried out mainly at the expense of the personal funds of the founder and investors from the close circle. The test period made it possible to work out business processes and test the model in practice.
The portfolio of transactions includes several areas:
- suburban individual housing construction;
- commercial real estate;
- flipping business class apartments;
- business loans secured by real estate.
If the transactions of the test period passed through the platform with the collection of commissions, VBeton's revenue would be about ₽70 million. This demonstrates the potential monetization of the model in the transition to full commercial operation.
The investor protection mechanism meets the classic standards of the sector. An official loan agreement is concluded between the platform, borrower and investor. An encumbrance in Rosreestr is imposed on the property. In case of default of the borrower, the investor receives compensation through the sale of collateral. The procedure fully complies with the legislation of the Russian Federation.[1]
