Biography

Maxim Ageev was born in Kiev.

Studied at school No. 15, in 1975 - 1980, then at school No. 1 - 1982 - 1985.

Graduated from instrument-making faculty of the Kiev Polytechnical Institute.

To Kvazar-micro Maxim Ageev came in 1993 to the manager's position, and in 2 years headed the direction of deliveries and productions of the computer equipment. At the same time Mr. Ageev actively participated in structure formation of the company and creation of an effective management system. These changes became key for business of the company.

In the late nineties Mr. Ageev became the initiator of transformation of system integration into strategic direction of development Kvazar-micro, and in 2000 headed new division System integration. During this period under its management directorates in the main directions of system integration were created, and the technology of multioffice work which evolved in the model of geographically distributed resources which became later a work basis Kvazar-micro over time began to be used.

In 2006 Maxim Ageev passed a training in INSEAD business school.

From 2006 to 2008 worked as the president of Kvazar-micro corporation. Earlier Mr. Ageev took the vice president's position Kvazar-micro. Mr. Ageev released Evgeny Utkin who founded the company from a new duty, and since the February, 2006 which headed Sitronics concern. On the president's post Mr. Ageev was going to save high growth rates of system integration and to make the company one of the largest solution providers for a public sector, financial institutions, telecom operators and other industry segments of the market.

For December 11, 2013 Ageev Maxim Yuryevich works as the CEO of De Novo.
