In Moscow Airport company system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates began. For project implementation at the system developer — Cognitive Technologies companies — were purchased the license for simultaneous operation of 20 users and the "Fast Start + Templates + Avtoimport" configuration. Installation and the EDMS tuning are performed by specialists of Moscow Airport company independently.
Business processes of Moscow Airport company directly depend on quality of work with documents therefore for increase in efficiency of activity of the enterprise the decision to implement EDMS was made. After assessment of several automation systems of document flow specialists Moscow Airport selected the EDMS "Euphrates" recognized optimal by criterion "price/functionality", says Cognitive Technologies.
Now using the Euphrates system in Moscow Airport company accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence and also internal document flow is automated (approval of agreements, requests, mailing of organizational and administrative documents, etc.). For minimization of number of paper transactions, such as document transfer for the signature, putting down of printings, etc., it is going to use the EDS.
Thanks to the "Fast Start + Templates + Avtoimport of Documents" configuration automatic registration in EDMS "Euphrates" of the documents which came to Moscow Airport company in electronic or paper (after scanning) a type will be possible. The configuration will also allow to create quickly standard documents on the basis of the templates created in Microsoft Word (agreements, outgoing letters, memos, etc.). As a result the staff of the company will be exempted from accomplishment of routine transactions that, in turn, will allow to increase performance of their work, noted in Cognitive Technologies.
Based on use of EDMS "Euphrates" specialists of Moscow Airport company noted streamlining of work with documents and also considerable (sometimes in tens of times) cost reduction of time for their search. It is planned that in the future the Euphrates system will cover the most part of document flow of the company.
