2025: Attracting ₽30 Million Investments
The Russian developer of voice AI agents Veyra attracted ₽30 million from business angel Denis Ermolaev as part of a seed round. The funds will be directed to the development of the product and the expansion of commercial projects. This became known in early December 2025.
According to incrussia, the company creates voice AI agents that take on the typical tasks of contact centers. The team will direct the investments received to strengthen the technological part, scale up existing pilot projects and enter new industries. Veyra also plans to expand partnerships with telecom operators and IT integrators to accelerate the implementation of solutions in large enterprises.
The Veyra platform handles incoming calls, outgoing campaigns and starts processes through integrations with CRM and ERP - customer service and business management systems. The platform is based on its own speech recognition and synthesis technologies. This approach allows you to conduct a conversation in a free form and bring it to the result without the participation of the operator.
The use of proprietary speech recognition and synthesis technologies ensures independence from third-party suppliers. This makes it possible to adapt the system to the specifics of various industries and ensure the quality of recognition of Russian speech, taking into account the accents and features of pronunciation.
Veyra's target market is a company with a high load on customer service. These include:
According to the developers, the volume of the Russian segment of voice AI in client service reaches ₽200 -215 billion and continues to grow at double-digit rates. These segments are characterized by a high volume of customer requests, significant costs for maintaining contact centers and the need to automate routine operations.
Veyra works behind closed doors with more than 15 customers. The platform processes over 10 thousand calls every month. Closed mode of operation allows the company to carefully test the solution in real cases and receive feedback from customers before mass market entry.[1]
