Now the company implements the long-term program of development of retail network – tens of modern shops with the wide range of footwear answering to any, even to the most refined requests are annually put into operation. Increase in a goods turnover of the enterprise and aspiration to increase in efficiency of customer service led to concentration vn imaniye of its management on need of development of logistic processes, in particular on warehouse complexes of the enterprise.

In March, 2007 the management of the enterprise initiated process of search of system provider of management of a warehouse.

As the contractor the AXELOT company, the developer of the solution, joint with 1C Company, "was selected by 1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse", successfully executed tens of projects of different level of complexity.

In June, 2007, in terms a little more than 1 month, in round the clock working distribution center of Carlo Pazolini AXELOT the system developed based on "1C Logistics was brought into operation: Management of a warehouse". According to the results of the project of automation of the distribution center by the management of Carlo Pazolini the decision to continue cooperation was made. Creation of the universal system allowing to provide management of the warehouses Carlo Pazolini having different types of cargo processing became one of the most important tasks of the new project on development of a hardware and software system.

During the project on development the functionality providing was added to already used address accounting adapted for industry specifics of the shoe enterprise:

• Planning of structure of the transport places created during a complete set of orders, and, including, fixing of the actual structure and weight in automatically created packing list;
• Automatic installation of rules of placement for new goods items;
• 100% personification of the performed warehouse tasks with the subsequent calculation of employees productivity of a warehouse;
• The automated procedure of defragmentation of warehouse space;
• Optimal use of technology cross docking;
• Marking of printing documents the codes recognized by all the systems of the company;
• Possibility of use of the mixed algorithms of placement of goods (including at multi-article storage);
• Parametrically the configured possibility of use of a system as in a normal warehouse of the mixed floor and rack storage, and in a modern high-rise narrow-passage complex;
• Possibility of use of different methods of a complete set of orders: one picker - one order, one picker - several orders, several pickers - several orders;
• Increase in level of control and performance and also decrease in dependence on a human factor using use of radio data collection terminals;
• Automatic formation of the register of the processed documents and the register of a remaining balance for the subsequent reconciliation with data of a corporate system;
• Possibility of curtailment of historical information of the periods, irrelevant in terms of operational accounting.

Within the project on development the warehouse management system was successfully transferred to a new technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.1. Thus, succession of functionality of the solution is sustained upon transition to more modern versions of the platform.

A set of the tasks connected with replication of the created system on other warehouse platforms of Carlo Pazolini company became a final accord of the project on development of a hardware and software system. The first works in the Moscow warehouse were begun by production.

Problems of a project team included system deployment, setup of the main reference books, express personnel training and the help in carrying out primary inventory. Start of a system in a warehouse by production was complete within a week.

At the time of preparation of the publication replication of a system in a high-rise warehouse in Domodedovo using the narrow-passage equipment is complete.

Replication of the automation system in warehouses completed process of unification of all warehouse processes of the enterprise in general. Availability of own database at each warehouse, execution of warehouse documents in a standard information system and, as a result, a possibility of rotation of warehouse personnel – key project deliverables on development of a system.
