Implementation of the 1C:ERP Power system at Rosseti Tyumen

Customers: Rosseti Tyumen

Surgut; Power

Product: 1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Power 2

Project date: 2025/05  - 2025/11

In December 2025, Rosseti Tyumen announced the completion of a project to digitally transform a key business process. The transition from the SAP platform to the Russian 1C:ERP Energetika system was implemented to control the process of technological connection (TP) to electric networks. The result of the work was the registration of its own computer program in Rospatent. Read more about the project here.

As stated in the company's press release, the capabilities of the SAP ERP system, which is not intended for technological connection tasks, were previously used. There were no necessary routes, statuses and checkpoints. The import substitution requirement determined the need for a complete transition to domestic software with the transfer of all data and integrations.

The company chose the industry solution "1C:ERP Energy." The architecture of the solution was adapted to the requirements of the Rosseti holding and the specifics of Rosseti Tyumen. As emphasized in the press release, the work was carried out jointly with specialists from the organizations "Rosseti Tsifa" and "Best."

The key task was the migration of historical data from SAP ERP, the structure of which was very different from 1C. Due to past refinements, records often did not contain full analytics. Experts have developed upload and conversion tools that ensure the transfer of more than 98% of the data. The rest of the information was clarified manually.

It is noted that the preparatory work at the stage of pilot operation of the PTS ACS with a pilot amount of data and the implementation of a comprehensive 1C switching plan made it possible to perform the following tasks in three days (two of which were outputs):

  • migration of historical data;
  • commissioning of PTS ACS;
  • switching of integration flows of all involved systems to APTS ACS;
  • Decommissioning SAP

As a result, a single centralized system was created, covering the entire TP cycle. Integration with all corporate services is ensured. A significant amount of data has been transferred: over 49 thousand applications, 47 thousand contracts and more than 225 thousand documents, according to a press release.
