2025: Inclusion in the Unified Register of Russian Software

The vendor-neutral solution for echocardiography "Echotreker," developed by the IT company "VeivAxess," is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software of the Ministry of Digital Engineering of the Russian Federation. The status of registered software confirms the Russian origin of the product and gives medical institutions the opportunity to purchase it as a priority in accordance with the requirements of public procurement legislation, supporting the course towards the development of digital health care. The developer announced this on December 1, 2025.

The inclusion of Ekhotreker in the Unified Register of Russian Software (registry entry No. 30832) allows medical institutions to purchase a solution in a simplified manner in accordance with 44-FZ and 223-FZ, with all the provided regulatory preferences.

Ekhotreker provides centralized storage and analysis of echocardiographic data (EchoCG) obtained from US devices of different manufacturers using the DICOM protocol. The vendor-neutral solution works with standard images: it automatically recognizes heart sections, distinguishes camera contours and determines the phases of the heart cycle. Based on these data, the system performs morphofunctional myocardial assessment, including the calculation of key cardiac function indicators using speckle-tracking technology, and estimates blood flow parameters. The results are clearly visualized (including on the polar diagram of bull's-eye) and are automatically formed into a structured research protocol, which is transmitted to the medical information system. The solution can be customized for integration with the MIS of a medical institution.

In clinical practice, the introduction of Ekhotreker standardizes diagnostics and increases the manageability of the diagnostic process, reduces the time for preparing conclusions and the amount of manual work, and reduces the number of repeated studies. For the scientific community, the solution forms databases for machine learning and provides uniform image analysis in research.
