The Moskabel-Service company entering into Moskabelmet group specializes in services of safe custody of loads, transport delivery services of small and large batches of loads by the motor transport in Moscow, regions of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. The enterprise is engaged in acceptance and sending loads in railway containers and cars, carries out the mechanized and manual handling works, freight forwarding, control of the movement of loads on railway, provides services of a tower vehicle and the truck crane. "Moscow cable Service" locates own vehicles with a loading capacity from 0.5 t to 20 t, own access railway roads, the park of loaders, railway cranes, tilters and pilers.

Before Moskabel-Service company there was a problem of opening in extremely short time of new activity – rendering services in safe custody of goods on own round the clock working warehouse with a total area of 5000 sq.m. The warehouse locates the heated premises of class "A" and "D" with height of ceilings 8.5 and 4.5 of m. Loading and unloading is performed in any kinds of transport, there are platforms for the parking of heavy-load transport, automobile and railway ramps, there are certain platforms for storage of containers and large-size loads. There is a possibility of simultaneous processing up to 6 cars and 12 units of motor transport. Offices of a warehouse complex are equipped with the MGTS phones and have access to the Internet.

As an automated system of accounting and management of a warehouse "Moskabel-service" the joint solution of 1C Company and AXELOT company "was selected by 1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse" on a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8.

The short term of implementation guaranteed by AXELOT company and rather low cost of the software and project services played existence of the infrastructure unrolled in Moskabelmet group in the choice of a system a leading role on a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8. The defining factors became existence in the drawing version of the software product "1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse" the add-on module of calculation of services of safe custody, scalability of the solution and its open architecture thanks to which specialists "Moskabel-service" have an opportunity if necessary independently and to quickly make additional settings of the program.

When implementing the solution the three-unit client-server architecture was organized: "database server" - "1C: Enterprise server" – "1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse" at workstations" that provided higher performance of a system in comparison with file option of use. The software is set in four workplaces of operators, two work locations with a system for the system administrator and the management of a warehouse are also organized.

The created automated system of a warehouse of safe custody "Moskabel-service" provides address accounting of goods in a warehouse; selection of goods from storage locations; accounting of services in safe custody of goods; the reporting in the company and before the bailor; data exchange (about the nomenclature, partners, the actual acceptance and shipment) between the warehouse management system and a corporate information system used by Moskabelmet group.

Solution of AXELOT company "1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse" with involvement of almost complete functionality of its standard option was put into operation in the short time demanded by the customer – 18 working days. At the same time it should be noted that project implementation was carried out in the warehouse working round the clock 6 days a week that demanded from project teams "Moskabel-service" and AXELOT of exclusively accurate organization of works necessary for successful start of a system in operation.
