Proptech Solutions is developing the Digital Concierge platform - a mobile application through which hotel guests manage their accommodation: they order services, learn about hotel services and local activities. With the development of the product, the question arose of how to provide fast and stable service with a high flow of requests of the same type, speed up the processing of non-standard situations, as well as provide round-the-clock support without increasing the front office team. Additional requirements related to the security of personal data and seamless integration with PMS, CRM and hotel ticketing systems.
To solve these problems, the WaveAxess team developed an intelligent AI assistant for processing guest requests. It is built into the Digital Concierge app and automatically answers recurring questions, classifies incidents and transfers them instantly to responsible specialists. The solution integrates with CRM, PMS, Helpdesk system and internal knowledge bases of the hotel, and the security policy provides for local storage of data and point delimitation of access rights.
