Control over a status of office of Vneshtorgbank is imposed on the dispatching center

The EcoProg company completed equipment of the dispatching center of office of VTB Bank.

Result

The dispatching center of bank is put into operation in full in January, 2011. Under its control there are office spaces of VTB bank in a tower West of a complex Federation. The project of equipment of dispatching office is developed and implemented by the Russian engineering company "EcoProg".

Basic functions of the dispatching center are:

• ensuring effective operation of premises of bank
• ensuring fire safety
• centralized operation by a lighting system and microclimate

Particulars

For ensuring effective operation status monitoring of the equipment of the engineering systems, control of leakages in water supply systems and management of maintenance and repairs is exercised.

Status monitoring of the engineering equipment is exercised by the automated system of supervisory control (ASSC) developed by EcoProg company on the basis of the most advanced technologies and own innovations. A system allows to control work of power supply systems (the general, guaranteed and uninterrupted), ventilation, cold supply, heat supply (thermal points), the climatic systems and lighting systems.

The detailed information on a condition of equipment and operation parameters is displayed on monitors of managers and the videowall (6 screens).

Integration of ASDU with a management system for operation allows to process instantly requests for service and repair which automatically form in response to abnormal messages of ASDU. For increase in comfort in dispatching office, also as in other premises of bank, the system of automated management of lighting and a microclimate based on KNX (EIB) technology is created. A system allows to set and support the different climatic modes and the modes of lighting thanks to automated management of lighting instruments, the fan-koylami (fancoil), by curtains and blinds.

The design project of the dispatching center is custom-made EcoProg companies of the architectural workshop Arch group which performed also the choice of furniture, design of a dispatching table, design of the videowall and development of a special panel of security services. All works are performed taking into account ergonomic requirements and the customer's wishes.
