The technical parameters of the new line are adapted for the infrastructure of the customer plant, including the configuration of the building and the location of workshops. According to the data indicated on the portal of the regional Ministry of Industry and Energy, the total length of the main conveyor is about 150 m. The length of the tracks in the shock freezing chambers, where the products are quickly cooled to preserve quality, reaches 1.5 km. The design capacity of the line is 240 heads per hour with the potential to increase.

The founder of OrenKlip, Mikhail Ivanov, said that the installation and commissioning were carried out by more than 70 technical specialists. According to him, the integration of dozens of units of automated equipment was carried out in a short time. The project dismantled outdated equipment with a capacity of 180 heads per hour.

According to the press service of the regional department, the introduction of the complex will increase the production capacity of the enterprise and increase the efficiency of the production of meat products for the Russian market. The implementation of the project became possible thanks to the program of concessional lending to funds for the development of industry at the federal and regional levels.[1]
