2025: Beta version of the product "1C:ERP Flex for Kazakhstan"

1C on December 16, 2025 announced the release of the 12.12.2025 year beta version of the 1C:ERP FLEX for Kazakhstan software product, designed to automate enterprise resource management based on 1C:ERP World Edition using a component approach involving the integration of several configurations on the 1C: Enterprise platform.

The software product allows you to optimize labor costs for the implementation of the 1C: ERP operational functionality, reduce the burden on the divisions of regulated user accounting within the framework of automation projects, including in companies with branches in different countries.

The component approach to automation allows companies to create heterogeneous IT systems, connect various configurations (components) for solving individual problems, including connecting different configurations of regulated accounting to a single management ERP core for business automation in different countries. One of the advantages of the component approach is the ability to use (connect) configurations already in operation at enterprises by integrating them into a single ERP system. First of all, this applies to divisions that ensure the maintenance of regulated accounting at the enterprise, which, within the framework of their activities, are responsible to various regulators for the completeness, quality and efficiency of accounting. Replacing or updating the systems of regulated accounting of enterprises involves significant risks of losing significant information, violation of the adopted accounting rules, deadlines for preparing reports and its quality.

A key feature of the component approach is the high requirements for setting up and managing data flows, following the sequence of execution of end-to-end business processes, and user interaction when using the configurations included in the FLEX 1C:ERP.

As a basis for preparing the current beta version of the 1C:ERP FLEX for Kazakhstan system, the following typical configurations were used, which are the basic configurations (components) of the system:

"1C:ERP WE" (with program code in Russian); "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan"; "1C:Enterprise 8. Salary and Human Resources for Kazakhstan. "

The development of the "1C:ERP FLEX for Kazakhstan" system is carried out based on the following requirements:

• The " 1C:ERP FLEX for Kazakhstan" system should make maximum use of the existing functionality of the basic configurations included in it;
• Updating each individual configuration that is part of FLEX 1C:ERP for Kazakhstan should not significantly affect other configurations within FLEX 1C:ERP for Kazakhstan, or changes should be minimal.
• change in the functionality of basic typical configurations should be absent or minimal;
• duplication of functionality, primarily provided for in regulated accounting configurations, should be absent or minimal;
• Implementation of data integration functionality should not depend on basic configurations and integration methods or should be minimal
• integration interaction between the system components shall be carried out using the 1C: Bus product to ensure the guaranteed delivery of messages and their routing;
• The "FLEX 1C:ERP for Kazakhstan" operates in accordance with the methodology described by the end-to-end business processes of the enterprise. The system should support changes to enterprise business processes.

For the successful implementation of projects using the "1C:ERP FLEX for Kazakhstan" system, software products were developed:

1) Configuration "1S:SPPR FLEX for Kazakhstan" (based on the typical configuration "1C: SPMS") to describe in detail the end-to-end business processes of the company.

The configuration contains the following modifications and changes from the typical configuration:

• The ability to draw end-to-end business processes in BPMN notation
• The ability to map business process steps to functions of different configurations
• possibility to describe integration scenarios;
• the possibility of printing documents in accordance with the design methodology in terms of the description of business processes, etc.

2) Configuration "1C: DataEngine," containing the functionality:

• Configure data flow processing scenarios, including routing, that can be used to configure incoming message processing rules in each of the configurations that are part of 1C:ERP FLEX for Kazakhstan.
• event notification of users about emerging tasks based on the actions of other users in adjacent configurations and/or based on the results of processing incoming data flows;
• visually validating the data on the source system, allowing the reference to open a specific document instance or adjacent configuration reference item from the current user configuration. This functionality allows users to view the "original" document or directory item without switching to an adjacent configuration. (The functionality requires an additional client license for the platform);
• DataFlow engine, based on the "Data Conversion 3" configuration, allows, in addition to using the standard FLEX ERP exchange rules supplied in the system, to develop and/or load your own rules without violating the canonical EnterpriseData data model, which is necessary as part of the system implementation;
• data conversion settings that allow data transformation for cases where there is no direct correspondence of objects in different configurations, for example, to reflect in the 1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan configuration manual operations on configuration documents "1C:ERP WE" that have no analogue, as well as providing the ability to post-process received messages. The functionality is "date dependent" and provides the ability to configure different rules for processing the same data depending on the date of transformation;
• Change management of individual details for integrated documents. Used to flexibly configure the ability to modify data derived from an adjacent configuration. The functionality allows you to completely block any details from changes, completely allow changes or allow changes with notification of the source system about the changes made in the adjacent system;
• user control of changes, which is a form of comparison of primary data and data obtained as a result of changes in an adjacent system;
• Print plate processing, which enables you to obtain and print filled print plates from adjacent configurations that are part of 1C: ERP FLEX for Kazakhstan.

3) The "DataEngine" adapter is an extension for the information databases included in the "FLEX 1C:ERP" (including "1C: DataEngine"), which provide updating of the object conversion settings for data exchange between Information Databases. They also implement the use of the interaction functionality between the 1C:DataEngine and the Information Base, according to the preset settings and the data received from the Information Bases and other sources.
