FC Pulse and Advantum have developed a digital pharmaceutical management system

Customers: Pulse PK

Contractors: Advantum
Product: A.TMS (Advantum. TMS)

Project date: 2022/01  - 2024/12

2025: A.TMS Implementation Outcome

The pharmaceutical distributor FC PULSE, together with the IT company Advantum, implemented a digital logistics development project aimed at increasing the transparency and control of drug delivery throughout Russia. The project was a continuation of the digitalization of the company's logistics processes and has been in industrial operation since 2024. Advantum announced this on December 15, 2025.

The first stage of cooperation between FC PULSE and Advantum was implemented in 2022-2023 and included equipping the distributor's own fleet with ThermoFleet temperature recorders, as well as the introduction of the A.TMS transportation management system. At the current stage, the project focused on deep refinement of the A.TMS driver's mobile application, taking into account the specifics of pharmaceutical transportation and delivery quality control requirements.

As part of the project, the driver's mobile application was redesigned into a full-fledged digital delivery management tool. The solution ensures the fixation of all operations along the route, control of temperature conditions, accounting of loads and performance of tasks even in the absence of an Internet connection. The system is integrated with WMS and ERP FC PULSE. This made it possible to automate the transfer of routes and tasks to drivers, as well as the unloading of flight results, including statuses, cargo scanning and deviations from regulations. Additionally, the temperature control logic has been refined, including the accounting of thermal compartments, the automatic completion of control after the end of delivery and a more accurate analysis of temperature intervals.

The project was consistently scaled: from pilot operation in the Moscow branch to implementation in the regions and subsequent distribution throughout Russia - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. As of December 2025, more than 1000 cars are under control of the system, about 22 thousand flights a month are operated, and more than 50 dispatchers and over 2,000 drivers work with digital tools every day.

According to FK PULSE, the introduction of digital tools has reduced the number of temperature incidents, increased transparency of logistics operations and improved indicators of timely delivery. All key actions during transportation are recorded in the system, which reduces the load on dispatch services and minimizes the impact of the human factor.
