2025: Launch of a furniture plant with industrial robots for welding, painting and sewing for 0.5 billion rubles

In December 2025, a large production and logistics complex of the company "Chair Group" began work in the city of Voskresensk, Moscow Region. The total investment in the creation of a full-cycle enterprise amounted to about 500 million rubles.

General Director of Stool Group Kirill Lebedev said that full control over the production chain from metalworking to assembly allows you to flexibly manage the cost and quality of products. According to Lebedev, the new complex is considered as a platform for development and subsequent entry into foreign markets.

The choice of the Moscow region for the placement of production is confirmed by macroeconomic statistics. According to Retail.ru, the industrial production index in the region in January-September 2025 amounted to 103.2%, which exceeds the average Russian level.

The launched production building covers an area of ​ ​ 11 thousand square meters. m. The company is equipped with robotic sewing machines, welding complexes and modern paint systems.

The principle of full cycle, including metal and woodworking, painting, sewing and final assembly at one site, is aimed at reducing dependence on imported components. The share of foreign components in the Russian furniture market is estimated by experts at about 25%.
