In Regiongazenergostroy Group implementation of EDMS DocsVision is complete

The Teamlead company, the partner of DocsVision company, completed the project on automation of process of approval of agreements in Regiongazenergostroy Group. About 25 employees of financial service, accounting, legal and economical departments, the secretariat and top management are involved in contractual process of the company.

At the initiative of the main services participating in processes of approval of contractual documentation, namely legal and general department for cost optimization and increase in level of information support of the company it was offered to automate a number of key business processes under approval of contractual documentation.

Main objectives at implementing solution was reduction of working time of employees on preparation, registration, approval, document retrieval; reduction of time for recovery of the lost paper copies of documents; reduction of the losses of the company connected with a non-authorized access to documents and office (commercial and confidential) information and increase in efficiency of management decisions.

As the platform, the Teamlead company offered the DocsVision 4.5 system meeting all requirements to modern EDMS. In two months the difficult serial-to-parallel route of the movement of contractual documents allowing to use most effectively working time of employees was developed and automated, the electronic storage of documents meeting safety requirements of the company is created.
